Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer of Aluminum Pallet with over 10 years’ experience.

Q2. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

If you want to check sample first, you need to pay the sample charge and the charge will be refunded to you when the mass order is confirmed.

Q3. How to customize your products?

1).Send your drawings or original samples.

2).Specify the kinds of material and surface treatment.

Q4. Can I add my logo on the product?

Yes, we can add your logo on the product.

Q5. Can you make my designs?

Yes, OEM/ODM is welcomed, and do feel free to send us drawings. If necessary, we can

keep your design be protected under law.

Q6.What payment terms are you accept?

T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance acceptable, so just let

us know which is convenient for you.

Note: 30% deposit is required before production, because we do customized products for clients, we unable to sell them to others, have to reduce our risk. Hope you can understand.
